Note:

For students planning to sit for the Uniform CPA Exam in Iowa, at least one course is needed in each of the following areas: financial accounting, auditing, taxation, and management (cost) accounting. A total of a 24-semester hour equivalent in accounting courses is also required. Students planning to take the CPA Exam should complete the accounting core plus one of the following topic choices. Students should work with their academic advisor to determine the best course of study.
