WS 380 Women in Cross-Cultural Perspective

Identical with SO 380. Examination and analysis of women’s social, economic, political situations throughout the globe. Use of anthropological and sociological analytic techniques and literature from the cultures to understand women’s work, family roles, linkages among race, sex, and class, and the introduction of social change across cultures. Winter Term odd years.
