FR 330 Introduction to French and Francophone Literary Forms

Introduction to the methods, vocabulary and tools of literary analysis of French poetry, plays, short stories and novels. Study of how texts can be understood in the context of contemporary historical, cultural and literary movements. Fall Term odd years.

Prerequisite(s): FR 320 or instructor approval.

Notes: Taught concurrently with FR 460. Credit cannot be obtained in both FR 330 and FR 460.
