Wartburg faculty and staff educate, inspire and empower students to live out the College’s mission to challenge and nurture students for lives of leadership and service as a spirited expression of their faith and learning.
Wartburg College alumni “bleed orange” and care about their alma mater. We encourage alumni and parents to participate in the life of the college, provide for its future, and promote the college to others.
Two course credits for Awareness of Social Issues component
Students must complete two course credits within or outside the student’s major in which a significant component of the course creates awareness of or addresses a social or environmental issue. Courses must be approved by social entrepreneurship program directors prior to student enrollment in the course.
The courses below may be used to satisfy this component. There is no guarantee these courses will be offered during a student’s time at Wartburg College, nor does it exclude other courses which may be determined to fit within the minor.
